What is involved with a vacuum repair? +

Most repairs involve replacing a stretched belt, installing a new fan, or replacing the roller brush. Some vacuum repairs require a complete teardown or rebuild. Whether you need a basic repair or a detailed tune-up, we have the experience and know-how to get your vacuum serviced.

How long does it take for a tune-up? +

Generally, it takes 3-4 business days for a basic repair and up to a week for a tune-up, depending on the vacuum's age and the issues present.

Do you warranty your repairs? +

Yes, we offer a 30-day warranty on all non-electrical parts and a 60-day warranty on electrical items.

How do you check in vacuums? +

We operate on a first-come, first-served basis. All vacuums are checked in with model numbers recorded on tickets to ensure no mix-ups.

Do you offer a loaner vacuum while my vacuum is being repaired? +

If you purchased your vacuum from us and a loaner is available, there is no charge. Otherwise, we offer loaner vacuums for $10 per day.

What is the cost of a tune-up? +

Tune-ups start at $24.95 and can go up to $139.95, depending on parts and service time.
